- SMSteven MakinoNov 8, 20231.0Slow. Not satisfactory. If you want your money to be pending to use, choose this bank. Because even simple savings to checking transfers will be pending. I did get 200 dollars for signing up for direct deposit. Only highlight I can think of.So to sum it up, you can't spend your money without there approval. AND TIME IS MONEY. So I would suggest using a different institution. This is me editing this review months later and I still loathe this banks way of doing business. I'm leaving asap. I cashed a check today for about 660 bucks and I only have access to 100 dollars of that amount. I don't get it. It's my employers check that I have been cashing for last 6 months. It's not a large amount whats deal?? I've always had instant access to money I earned and cashed at other banks, unless it was a large amount.
