- ABAlexander BrattonApr 2, 20252.0I went to try and cash savings bonds without an account. Fine. I'll open an account. The teller, 'Nette, was about as rude as you can be to me, and treated me like a degenerate. Ruth, Melissa and Pepa were nice enough, but as the manager (Ruth), was more so just cosmetically nice, not genuinely nice. Nette or whatever her name is handed me my ID back and told me I can open an account, and called the next customer while I was still standing at her booth. I said 'excuse me, I'd like to open an account then,' and she told me I needed to make an appointment to do so. Fine. I make the appointment with Ruth assisting me, because apparently Nette was too busy, and come back this morning. Melissa opened my account and was great. Pepa took my deposit and cashed out my savings bonds, with assistance from Nette, which is understandable, but the whole time she's shooting me dirty looks and treating me like I have no money, and that even if I did, it wouldn't be any good anyway. Don't even waste your time with these people, they have no idea what customer service means. On top of that, the bank charges fees for everything. Go local, Wells Fargo sucks. The only reason I gave two stars is because Ruth actually helped me set an appointment, and Pepa and Melissa can't help who they work with.
- JZJosh ZDec 21, 20211.0Worst Wellsfargo in Anchorage they choose who they want to attend or schedule to speak to a banker today it’s 1pm and they mentioned I could be seen today at 4pm a lady comes up out of nowhere and says not till tomorrow . Also, I had came in the day prior all I needed to do was turn in proof of residence. I don’t need your business but I would like it. I would recommend the other Wellsfargo in Anchorage.
- LHLoren HovisOct 16, 20181.0Worst possible banking system ever now a cash deposits to even a family member are no longer possible because they are the only one to laundry money. I personally have been ripped off by them. Sign a contract for to direct deposit $ to another account never happened costing me 6 months at $50. At a time I closed my account.
