- AAAriusMay 21, 20241.0I just started banking with Wells Fargo more specifically the Huffman location back in March 2024 and I had always heard the stories about how this bank is no good over all and how they’re customers are always susceptible to being scammed. I even brought this up while opening a business bank account with them and they told me those are false accusations. Here today in May 2024 this is my first time calling and I must say this experience has just been terrible! I was transferred around to about 6 different people and while trying to update some information the last person completely stopped talking all together. I was left saying “hello” for about 5 or 6 times when I could hear the back ground noise of the location yet this business rep never spoke again forcing me to hang up. As you can guess, I did not receive a call back in regards to the call being disconnected or anything. I’m still unsure if they truly updated my information. It’s sad! Must do better!

They went out of their way and beyond to actually walked up to ATM with me just to test it out. There was a black teller and a white guy sitting on his desk with beard on the right hand side of the branch when you walk in. They were just awesome. I was actually thinking about getting rid of Wellsfargo account but those two changed my mind. My visit was around 2:15pm,Thursday, 8/10/23. Sorry I forgot your names but awesome job and thank you very much.
