- DODeon OakleyMay 10, 20211.0This bank stole or allowed someone to steal $320.13 from my unemployment account but can't tell me why as of today I've heard nothing from this bank I will be going forward with a lawsuit unemployment stated they had nothing to do with it so everything leads back to KEYBANK y'all have messed over the wrong customer that I promise you y'all don't deserve one star..To the owners reply I stayed on the phone with your staff for over three and a half hours and the treatment I received from them is totally unprofessional y'all have had your chances on making this right when I called but you didn't you took from my family and now you have to deal with the investigator of unemployment since that's who your staff blamed but it wasn't them so it leads back to KEYBANK so contact them I will not rest until I get my money back that was stolen!!!!!!!.....As of 07/26/2021 this matter hasn't been addressed or solved haven't heard from anyone
