He clearly articulated responses to my inquiries. When he didn’t know the answer, he knew how to find it. He kept me updated every step of the way, until my visit was completed. Thank you!

- NINate IsaakJul 18, 20213.0Had an appointment to open an account and it went well and the worker was great, however they forgot to submit the order for my debit card and after three weeks of waiting I called customer support and they said that they never even submitted an order for a debit card to be sent to me. It would be much better if they could make cards on site, and would save many people much time rather than having to wait on snail mail
