- BBBrain BuffetNov 6, 20245.0Angela & Bernadette are amazingly helpful. Upon my father's passing we discovered that he had not informed many entities of (our mom) his wife's passing. The only ones that had things taken care of properly were ones that had any connection at all with Edward Jones, even accountsthat weren't with Edward Jones, but that they were aware of through their systems. Angela & Bernadette recognized a situation that needed handling and they got him to accomplish the things necessary. If they hadn't been so proactive then us kids would have all been left in the lurch, because he wouldn't have done any of the needed paperwork or tasks for anything. But they ensured that dad took care of all the things that Angela & Bernadette had any awareness of. I am so grateful for them and the fact they went above and beyond to help my grieving father get things accomplished that he wouldn't have otherwise.
