- VAViolet ASep 29, 20251.0Walked over here for 930 am and there’s a sign on the door that they aren’t open till 10 am. That’s not respectful of their customers time. I came back at 10 am and 1002 am the branch manager thru a closed door says another 15 minutes…and they are closed tomorrow. I will have to come back a third time I can’t stand there all day. Zero stars.

- CSChris SparrowJun 13, 20251.0Today, I walked into the bank and this woman behind the counter, not the teller, was yelling at this little old lady and her elderly husband. I heard the old lady say ,she had been to bank 3 times to fix problems and her cards were not working. This women behind the counter responded "with keep it up, "and then stated she was "going to escalate the situation." " Do you want to be kick out of the bank? " " Morgage and all" the grey haired lady said " i don't have a morgage," the mean lady behind the desk screamed "you have a home equity loan".The poor old lady just stood there. Her husband was just shaking his head. The lady then said "that's it." I was thinking what's it ? She yelled at the teller to print it off and I'll give it to him on Monday. Totally unprofessional, I know more about this couple then I should. I have an anxiety issue and if they treat their customers like this??? This is my first time in this branch. Guess I won't be banking here!!!!!! Who the heck do they think they are?
