  Whomever just answered the phone at this location was the most awful person I have ever dealt with. I’ve been with TD since I was 16 (33 now) and have fled domestic violence recently. I tried to set up an appointment with someone to speak about my finances and debt while I’m unable to provide for myself and she told me there was nothing that could be done. Who even treats someone that way when I’ve divulged the information I did. That was mortifying.

  I have been a loyal TD customer for over 15 years, with multiple accounts always in good standing. I’ve consistently paid off my Line of Credit and credit cards, and I have never had any issues. However, I was recently informed that all my accounts would be closed within 16 business days — with absolutely no explanation or reason provided. This happened just two weeks after a scheduled appointment with one of TD’s financial advisors, Funmi Charles-Lebi, where a manager also sat in but did not speak, only took notes. This situation feels deeply disheartening and disappointing. After so many years of trust and loyalty, being treated this way — without any transparency or communication — feels like being punished for something I don’t even understand. I sincerely hope TD reviews how such cases are handled and recognizes how damaging this kind of experience can be for long-term customers who have always upheld their commitments.

  I’ve been an TD customer for 30 years and it seems like the only people they care about is potential new customers. My wife and I are having an awful experience adding my daughter to our family RESP. We had an appointment back in June to add her to our existing RESP, which has our first two kids on it. We were told it would be a few business days and she would be added. Fast forward to October and she has still not been added, and we can’t get anyone from the bank to respond to us! We’ve lost 4-5 months of RESP grants for her because no one at TD will get back to us. We’ve followed up several times via email and are not receiving a response. Totally unacceptable!!

  Really sad because this was the go-to TD a few years ago. Lately every single interaction at this location is absolutely abysmal for myself and close family. The only positive is that everyone has been polite. You guys can do better, idk what's up with the management here, but train the employees to a higher level. There has been a ton of mis-direction and mis-information about accounts, and tons of other training shortcomings/knowledge gaps.
