I find TD branches to be very conveniently located and no matter which city I am in, I am always received with great customer service. The difference between great customer service and outstanding customer service was proven to my family and I by the members of the TD Canada Trust Branch on 760 St. Albert Trail. The staff, Fahim, Kelsi, David are always there to help me with any questions I have and are always very helpful. Fahim is very patient and efficient at the same time. He listens carefully to my questions and responds to them thoughtfully. David has been outstanding in explaining my investment options and is very meticulous and organized with his work. Kelsi Badham has impressive phone etiquette and a great knack for customer service. Although TD has several branches in St. Albert and all over Edmonton, I always prefer to go to the above St. Albert branch for the OUTSTANDING experience. BBM February 02, 2017
