- CCChemicalRose3 days ago1.0Horrible disrespectful staff who denied helping me when THE MACHINE WAS FROZEN WITH MY CARD IN IT! I tried asking someone on the inside for assistance and all I got back from the lady was "I can't help you" why not??? You deny helping me and just let my card get eaten by your broken machine? THEN proceed to threaten to call police because I told you to fix them? Thanks for starting the unnecessary and thanks for no help AT ALL.

I came all the the way from Lac la biche only to find out that there's no access to ATM at this location as I needed to deposit cash on urgent basis on a weekend. This is awful. I'm sure I'll also get the same (who caress) response from TD that others getting for a year with this issue and that is "we apologize and your concern has been forwarded to who knows which team ( that doesn't even exist). Wish there was 0 star option.
