Due to a clerical error at this Branch I've lost over 120 points on my credit rating five years ago and I'm now just finding out that after years of trying to have this problem solved they are unwilling to right a letter stating our fault me messed up. Which has resulted in major negative financial repercussions for myself and my family. Their utter lack in caring and want to help is completely astonishing and defines basic business principle. I highly recommend if you have any banking do it anywhere but this branch they will go out of their way to hurt you.

I've been a customer for 30 plus years, and considering changing banks because of this inconvenience. Do better TD. Update: Jan 11/2026 Still happening, tried through drive through, wouldn't accept cash, went inside, won't accept cash. TD has just lost my business. Tomorrow I will be making ANOTHER trip into town to make a deposit through a teller. My next stop will be at CIBC to open an account to begin changing all my accounts over. After being a LOYAL TD customer for over 30+ years, I find it disturbing and unacceptable that no one at this branch could be bothered to return multiple messages i have left on multiple days.
