STOP putting HOLDS on Deposits that I do on a regular basis. As of today 9/24/2025 this manager is by far the worst. .This is why your Branch has a 2 star rating and your response is complete lie.

Vanjeer (my gosh I hope I correctly spelled her name- I just drew a blank) Kirsten, and Edith are indispensable, and a valuable asset to this TD. They all know my father by name, and have welcomed me as his “sidekick”. I simple can not say enough about these three Lively and Lovely Ladies. Thank you for your customer care, and support for my Father. It’s always wonderful to see your smiling faces when we walk in! 🥰🥰🥰
- PCPal CyraJun 16, 20251.0We had an appointment for a loan with a lady here, she took a bunch of signatures and we waited to hear back. A week goes by nothing, I called the td hotline they said the branch has not even submitted the loan, we call the branch, they said they will get back to us. Bottom line we got rejected for a loan because the staff did not fill up the forms right and affected our credit scores. In another branch two weeks later our loan got approved. Nice work.
