It did got approved now I am still waiting since between late July, August , noo change has been into my credit card account . I have since emails to my TD branch Clover road , numerous times I have called the CSR , as well leave important messages . Nobody hasn't tweeted yet about my personal interest. Thanks very much TD Bank Ltd branch Clover road. From great positive energetic confident person that I am .
- ABAmber BehielMar 20, 20221.0UPDATE: I emailed them as per their response. Never heard back… so that’s cool. Such an incredibly unreliable company. Was dealing with a mortgage specialist. Got pre-approved and everything was going great. Just sold my house and now I have some questions regarding bridge financing and a couple other things before putting an offer on a new house. My mortgage specialist has ghosted me. I’ve tried calling and emailing numerous times, as well as called this branch which is the one she is affiliated with. They couldn’t help me because she’s a mobile specialist and works out of her house. In a panic now as I need to purchase a new home since mine has sold and now I have to start the process all over again with a broker, rates have since increased so I doubt I’ll be able to get as good as one I had before. This is the most important purchase I’ll make in my life and I can’t believe this happened. I’ve never experienced anything so unprofessional. WHERE ARE YOU KRISTY CHAMULKE!?
