My staff was in there today to get change and do our weekly deposits and was told by the rep assisting them (Unfortunately, did not get their name.) that we should not be coming in at month end to do our business as they are too busy during this time. This is definitely a frustrating response as a business that is in this branch multiple times a week to deposit our money. Does not seem acceptable to me to tell a client we should not be doing our business there during busy times. As a customer service focused company we would never tell a customer "Sorry, we are too busy to help you please stop coming in during certain dates." Very frustrating experience to say the least.

Took me a day and a half to get ahold of a teller to find out that a deposit I made in November to there atm I put 570 cash into atm!! straight cash no envelope stupid machine made a bunch of weird noises screen froze for a bit then says see teller then asked how much I deposited. I put 570 just like I directly put into your machine. Now all of a sudden I owe 370.... isnt the hole envelope free ordeal cash directly into atm suppose to count cash ???? lock my account right before Xmas. Will not ever recommend TD to anyone horrible bank horrible service!!!
