After nearly 20 years of being a loyal customer, both personally and professionally with my business, I’ve finally had enough of TD Canada Trust’s abysmal service, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customer care. Dealing with this bank has become an exhausting, frustrating ordeal — especially when dealing with small business account managers, who have consistently failed to provide even the most basic level of support or follow-through. It’s clear TD no longer values long-term clients or small business owners. I’ve been treated more like a file number than a human being. Getting answers is a struggle, and being passed from person to person without resolution has become the norm. The service is impersonal, dismissive, and completely disconnected from the reality of what clients need. When I walk into a branch, no one knows who I am, no one seems to care — and it shows. In contrast, when I walk into RBC or Servus Credit Union, I’m greeted with respect, professionalism, and familiarity. They actually care about my business and take the time to build a relationship. I will be closing every single personal and business account I have with TD. You've lost a loyal client — and I hope others reading this take their banking elsewhere before wasting years of their time and energy like I did.
