  After a long consolidation process, there was a small remaining balance to be paid . Discussed with easy to make a few more payments. Signed the agreement and 2 weeks later they put 2 bad credit hits on my report. I even recorded the conversation when I asked “ so I don’t need to make a payment for 28 days?”. Which the guy I spoke to said “yes that’s correct”. Dirty

  Yes rate are crazy but when you need a quick loan this is the place rate are hight but usually pack with in 6 months ish so its not bad .... I recommend that place if u need a quick financial help they will etransfer you direct in no time ... not like banks !!

  I had the pleasure of working with Shawna and Tara (I believe that’s her name), and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Shawna especially stood out—she explained everything clearly and in a way that made sense to me personally, which is rare. It didn’t feel scripted at all; she adjusted how she communicated based on my needs and really treated me like an individual, not just another customer. You can tell they have a strong, supportive team because everyone seemed so comfortable and easy to work with. I never had a single issue throughout the process—they kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you, Shawna and team, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

  For an easy adventure with easy financial started with getting through the usual loan approval loops. Ended up never having a rep call me back, so I was constantly on a chase for them to give my information, had said information lost multiple times so I had to give it again, got their branch number and everything to give the information through email, had my application fall through from them literally not properly following up. Had to wait a month to reapply from their negligence which at this point my credit score has taken a hit from this crap circle, and had a pre-approval get thrown back as I couldnt be pre-approved. High hopes and zero effort from here. Literally anywhere else would want your money in interest than here, they will pull you on the long haul, get your information and others, then expect you to literally bombard them till they get their shit together compared to any other place that will take the time of day to get back to you instead.

  Want simple loan process.? Don't come here! They will send you on a goose chase, make you do all these steps and then tell you "Oh, we'll call you in a few days" for weeks. They'll Delete your application. NOT back to you and then by the time a month passes of this goose chase. They tell you reapply because you keep calling and they won't talk to you. They won't answer any simple questions. And they just want to credit check the heck of you to lower your score, so you're no longer eligible for their services. Save yourself some time go anywhere else. Beware scammers!! Will pre-approve then say your application was declined. Never had such scammy service. Go to fairstone. Rates may be crazy but at least you won't get scammed and screwed over.
