I'm not sure what changed exactly, maybe the fact that they track any transfers over $5000 or are instituting biometrics. Over the last year all the staff except one has left. All new staff now. Biggest complaint is it's ALWAYS a long wait, one teller on at lunchtime etc. Take your sleeping bag if you want to do any inbranch banking. Seriously considering moving out of there.
