    We moved to Okotos Alberta few months ago. We have been with TD for over 20 years. We were greeted by Shelley. She provided us with friendly and knowledgeable service. She updated our profiles. I asked to meet the bank manager, and without hesitation, she did. I woukd also like to recognize Rhonda, who also was most helpful. We spent over an hour with her. She set up a date and time to meet a financial adviser, Dex. Dex, was wonderful and have us different options on building our retirement plan. Overall, thank you Okotos Branch.

    On a recent visit to our Okotoks TD branch, I want to say a huge 'Thank You' to Hardik. We needed to update our current details in preparation for our return from the UK to Okotoks. Hardik was excellent in facilitating this process and updating everything for us. Even when there were a couple of glitches, his calm and expertise approach, were very reassuring to my wife and I. I visited the bank 7 days later to make a withdraw and again Hardik was on top of this, service with a smile. It was nice to meet you Hardik and a great pleasure to do business with you. I'll be seeing you soon. :-)

    I have had nothing but bad experiences here. When I came to open an account, the teller asked me if I "plan on living longer than a year" to decide which account to open. Then when I asked to use the bathroom, they handed me a key on a 15 pound log of wood that I could barely carry. Still giving it two stars for the free bananas on Thursdays though!
