- DLDeedra LordAug 25, 20225.0I needed to make some changes to upcoming payments, and all the customer service reps over the hotline assured me it would not be an issue. When I got to the bank I found out the information previously given was incorrect. I feel awful I don’t remember the customer service rep, but Kathy Harrigan, stepped in and provided amazing customer service. I have been banking with TD for close to 15 years and I don’t think I’ve ever been as impressed. I can see why she is the Manager of Customer experience. Not to mention I may not have been the easiest to deal with at the beginning- per being told incorrect information from other reps. Huge thumbs up to this branch

- KBk bNov 19, 20181.0Special shout out to the manager/supervisor who refused to waive the second $50 dollar transaction fee that was used to correct the error that one of your financial advisors (with an o meaning, not legally responsible for acting in the best interests of their clients) made. You may have got another $50 from me from the additional $1500 you cost me this year but it cost you a lot more once I closed my accounts immediately afterward. You lost my: $500,000 mortgage $2,000,000+ of investments, and any future loans/mortgages I might have considered. So enjoy your extra $50.00. It sounds like you need it much, much more than I do.
