My friend had someone hack into her account and TD locked her account in order to “investigate” leaving her with nothing for the past 2 months now!! She hasn’t been able to pay her rent, her insurance , car payment. She has done nothing to deserve this and EVERYDAY she calls them and the manager : Kim hides behind the phone and leaves her employees to keep telling her tomorrow but then the same thing continues to happen. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you expect someone to live??? If she didn’t have me as a friend she’s be living on the streets. Shame on this bank.
