- DKdj khurtOct 30, 20255.0The advisor (Prateek Sharma) explained each and everything clearly from account opening to online banking and saving annual fees on the credit card. i can’t say enough good things about my experience at this bank. i am switching my main bank from rbc to here. i was getting charged when i did e-transfers and the people at rbc couldn’t even explain what was going on and they NEVER told me that i could waive my annual fees on my credit card but here i got all my answers. Its great to do business with people who actually know what they are talking about. I highly recommend this branch especially if you get a chance to work with prateek. he was knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and answered everything seamlessly.
- BBBrendan BiggarSep 5, 20251.0Never had my call returned or emails after appointment. Completely ghosted. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. After my initial meeting with an advisor(Prateek), I did not hear back. I followed up with a voicemail requesting a call back, but instead received a brief email in which my name was even misspelled. I understand mistakes happen, but I called again and left another voicemail, as I had additional matters to discuss that were not addressed in the email. For a major bank I expected much higher standards of service and professionalism. I was considering moving my primary banking here as well, and I’m glad I had this experience now so I know to look elsewhere. I encourage others to do the same.
- VGVirenzo GiovanniAug 9, 20251.0I’d give zero if I could, their financial “advisor”‘s only advise to me when seeking credit help was a credit card with higher fees and ‘get a better job’ when I make fantastic money for my age (22). Another advisor in person made my mom openly sob in his office. Extremely poor service and beyond condescending to anyone asking for help. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
