  The lady with the short hair and the glasses, who is Caucasian was so rude to me and so snippy and when I said that was a bit hostile she told me that I could do it at the machine keep in mind I told her from the beginning that the reason why I’m depositing it on this side instead of the machine was because I had coins if you don’t wanna work your job that’s cool, I’m not forcing you to do that but there’s no need to be rude to people who just want to get their things done! Never ever will I go to that lady again everybody else is nice there especially all the other lovely ladies so I don’t know why she’s rude.

  A Huge Thank-You to the branch manager Allan and Mobile Mortgage Specialist Erin at the TD Bank West Lethbridge Highland branch who went above and beyond to meet our banking needs. They were very prompt in their responses, acted promptly, and contacted right people to provide expedited solution for an urgent need. Additionally, Allan provided creative solutions for our unique situations. We also greatly appreciate support from Sharmeen and the other staff at the branch. Kudos to the branch!   Poor customer service as of late. Been dealing here for 3 years with no issues. A lot of new staff, one in particular. Heavy set blond, last name ends in "hut". Very rude & has no value of customer service. With all the banking options available, manners should be first & foremost!

  Was never so disgusted with the way I was treated by a teller today. Beyond rude,disrespectful....She treated me like I was a criminal asking for ID for a mortgage payment...ridiculous...my mortgage is up soon...bye bye TD....you really need to do something with your tellers and the employee that's responsible for them...because SOMEBODY is not doing their job!

  Answer your telephone or get a receptionist. How frustrating that you got rid of the receptionist. Now the staff hardly ever answers the phone. Also it would have been nice that kept your advertised hours of 8-8. FYI, they are not open 8-8 anymore that was just a temporary thing I guess.
