  Don’t personally have an account but my girlfriend did (thankfully not anymore). She was held hostage by their call centres and in house staff, who flagged her account as fraudulent. When she arrived to clear up issues, the online and call centre staff blamed the tellers and manager. The manager and tellers then said we’d have to call in to fix the issue. And the vicious cycle of I don’t know how to fix this began. It took 3 visits and multiple calls (some while in the bank), and various Identification verification to release the one and only check she ever deposited in their bank. The manager was indifferent and insufferable throughout the whole ordeal, even dismissing the efforts of his staff to resolve the matter. Makes me glad I bank elsewhere.

  Made a appointment to pay out a home line of credit with Austin and he called and canceled and then changed the appointment and before our appointment he called and told me basically was not interested in meeting with me and to go see a bank teller and they wonder what they have such bad reviews and asked to talk to the bank manger twice and alway just told he was not available . This will be my last dealings with the TD Bank and the leduc branch is probable the worst branch in Canada and Td needs to address the management at this branch .
