- KCKara ChapmanDec 24, 20251.0I have been dealing with a fraud case for almost 4 months now and have gotten absolutely no where with not only my branch in Lacombe Alberta but TD fraud help lines, complaint departments and Senior complaint departments. I had over 10,000$ stolen from multiple accounts, as well a un authorized chequing account opened and a 1000$ overdraft both were not verified by myself. And after 1000$ went through without my authorization it was used. I would highly think twice about banking with TD, especially when it comes to security.

Michelle and the manager Crystal were both incredibly helpful during the extensive and confusing process of the transaction. Made multiple calls to different departments within the TD chain to assist us. After a few hours spent in the branch, all parties involved in the sale of the vehicle left pleased. Thank you, Michelle and Crystal for all of your work and patience.

Bank manager giving contradictory answers and won’t even call to verify funds that are already verified by draft and transactions slip. Total joke, won’t even call the other bank manager who ahe deals with all the time. Total lack of service
