I have a truck that is financed through TD Bank Financial in High River and even though the payment is 350 per month they take out what ever they want from my account and what ever date they want. The payment is scheduled for the 30th of each month, but on Christmas Eve they took 700 out of our account, then January the payment was 450, February was the normal 350 and now for March they took out another 700 from my account. Talking to them does nothing, and I would hate to see someone on a fixed income struggle with this company like my family has. by the time you get a hold of them and revert the payment back it is time for your next payment anyways so either way you will never be able to keep your bank account up to par if you let this company do direct withdraw from your account.
