I am treated like an unintelligent asset that makes money for the company, I have been humiliated over the phone multiple times and told "there's nothing you can do and nothing we will do. Just wait and see if things get better next month" as if my financial responsibilities will take time off because TD only hires lazy, angry, deceptive workers. I have been mislead or outright lied to regarding my banking situation multiple times and the physical branch can't do anything because there's no oversight available. They use the lack of face to face communication to avoid being responsible for making mistakes or actions against you. I have had to cry on multiple occasions to have anyone take me seriously in person and online, I feel like a useless animal or a joke to my financial institution. Thirteen years of loyalty and I'm a mindless cash cow that has to cry on command to be taken seriously. Sukhwinder made me feel like I didn't have to make myself into an idiot in order for my distress to be treated like it is real though. as much as TD credit and TD in general has made me frustrated and unhappy, she did make the experience a bit better even though her branch was useless and there was nothing they could do besides try and hold the other branch accountable.
