Loans received and then paid off have been easily handled. This time I wanted to lower my interest rate while applying for additional funds. Their newest employee was in training and helped me with this. She was very quick to get answers if she did not know them and because I have moved to Edmonton since last loan, had to go above and beyond to set up an appointment locally after everything else was ready. Thank you to both ladies who helped (trainee & trainer). You made this difficult financial moment easier to sail thru.
