- JBJake BanackNov 12, 20251.0What is the point of having 5 teller booths, and only 1-2 tellers. Takes 45 minutes to complete simple banking transactions. The staff is okay but severely understaffed. Unacceptable for a major bank to operate this poorly in a major city like Fort Mac. If you like spending half the day standing in line, bring your business here.

- KTKatie TobinSep 25, 20251.0this is by far the worst TD i’ve ever been to. severely understaffed and constantly a long line up. i dread to have to physically come in to be serviced because i know i need the time to wait in line. not sure if they just can’t get workers or if they are being a greedy corporation and don’t want to hire staff to pay, but i have been in fort mcmurray 3 years and i’ve yet to come in and not be here for under a minimum of 30 minutes.
