To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

- HHHazelDec 24, 20251.0I been to this TD branch a few times as I have another business to do at the mall. the service here was very slow..only 2 person in the till are working.about 12 people or more in line the wait times to this branch was so terrible for foreign exchange,OT withdrawal or simple queries is about 30 to 45 minutes. If you wanted a fast service avoid this branch you will be frustrated!! Normal wait times in other branch or bank - 15mins max would be the longest.
