Currency Exchange Service
To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

In entire branch only two people working a manager that staring at the computer and a teller they don’t care about customers standing in line for hours! If you cannot hire enough staff might as well shutdown this branch instead of making people wait for hours!
- LTLaura TiamsonJan 28, 20231.0Worst location to do your transaction with. I have in with this institution since 1995 (28yrs) and yesterday I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. They’re so called Assistant Branch Manager- MILDRED ALDANA, gave me attitude. To be specific, I was yelled at flicked a card at, accused of being rude and rolled her eyes at. How can you have this person represent your institution. She is very unprofessional. Doesn’t wear a name tag or even introduce herself but just butts in my conversation with the teller. When I eventually asked to speak to a manager who I was hoping to help me with the my situation of getting a new access card for an account that I personally opened myself and if they send a request for verification it will actually send the code to me since I have full authorization on the account. This never happened instead, I was told a blatant no. Later on I contacted the head office and was also informed that I was right and that the card should have been given to me. Also, all the comments regarding long line up and slow service is true. When I mentioned this concern to this Assistant Branch Manager, her response was they don’t have to put more that to tellers and that it was up to her. Further proving that they are cost and “only for there on good… improve the management bottom line” oriented vs being customer focused. How can we trust a financial institution to take care of our money when they can’t even make better business decisions in choosing the right person to run their business… Very disappointing.

I am a Muslim woman that covers her face, and when I went in, I was told very firmly that I was not allowed to wear my veil in the building due to what they called were "identity security issues". I have been a customer of TD for over 10 years, but I have NEVER been told this nor required to take my veil off. I understand the need for idenitity security and do not mind revealing my face to a woman in a corner(like I have done in the past at airports, and been accepted and respected for it). But the manager here did not give me any such option. She was demanding I verify my ID by taking my veil off right there. The people standing in line behind me also started to insist I do as she said. I am both outraged and incredulous. My veil is my right and to think that people here in CANADA one of the most liberal and accepting country were trying to take this right away from me is depressing. I hope TD takes notice of this, If not I will definitely be withdrawing my multiple TD accounts and looking for better banks in the future.
