  I rarely take it to the level where I have to write negative reviews and ask for the manager, however TD Chapelle has some of the most unprofessional and incompetent workers I have ever come across. I came in last Monday needing a bank statement for time sensitive paperwork, to which the man who was at the counter, told me that it would be two days before it arrives and then I can come back Wednesday to come pick it up. I requested that he did a money transfer from one of my bank accounts to the other and order the statement for me so that the statements would come back with the correct amount I needed on there. Went into my car and just did a quick check from my online banking app which is a good thing I did, because I saw that the money has not been transferred to the correct account as requested yet, so I once again had to return inside and ask for that change to be made. fast forward two days later I returned to the bank as I was told only for a lady to tell me that it was not in yet and it doesn’t take two days, it takes 3 to 5 business days. (I also live 40 minutes away and initially chose this because it was close to where I was at the moment) I raise concerns and vent my frustrations because I had mentioned that this is time sensitive, and it would have been nice to know that the actual days that the document was expected to arrive in case I needed to ask for an extension for my paperwork. She confirmed my phone number and said that they will give me a call as soon as the document comes in. Now this morning, seven days from the initial request, I give them a call because I have not received a call yet and at this point it would have been five business days. The lady on the phone told me that my document has arrived at the branch and out of curiosity, I asked when the document had arrived because they said that I would get a call, however, I ended up having to call THEM even though it was apparently ready. she then proceeded to tell me it arrived on Saturday. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. it had arrived TWO days ago, and I had no notice even though I had expressed to them that this was a very important document that I need it as soon as possible. I came in to get the document and it was the same woman that had told me it was going to take 3 to 5 days and that I would get a call. I question why what happened has happened and she proceeded to say that the person who put out the request for the bank statement would receive an email, and if they weren’t in that day, they wouldn’t have been able to call me. Which is so funny because I saw the man that ordered the statements for me standing at his computer and pointed it out, saying he’s right there today and yet no phone call. no apologies. No empathy shown, no action taken just a simple and cold “yes he is” Mind you this was at about 11AM when the bank would’ve been open since 8. The reviews on this place is no joke. There’s a reason why they have a crappy 2.8 stars. I’m surprised they don’t have less. Terrible experience, and I would stay away from this bank at all costs if you value getting documents on time and getting proper service. Employees at this location 100% need to be trained again properly or at least get management that will take action because this was genuinely so ridiculous to experience. Other reviews for the service provided here proves this branch should be ashamed of themselves.

  The staff this evening (teller) is very unprofessional and rude. She keeps on cutting me off and says "I know that". Worst staff I have met ever.
