In front of my eyes, there was a person to pick up a draft, but the representatives didn't even know where this branch keep the drafts. Horrible customer service. Worst TD Branch I've encountered ever.

This week, my appointment on Tuesday was cancelled at the last minute, and when I arrived for our rescheduled 4:30 appointment today, I was told that he had just stepped out — he had still not returned 10 minutes passed my appointment time. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this advisor. When he first opened my chequing account, there were errors that left my debit card and account unusable, and I had to return to the branch and spend over an hour on hold with TD to have things corrected. This repeated lack of professionalism and respect for clients’ time is unacceptable. I value reliability and communication, and unfortunately, my experiences with this branch have been neither.
