  Horrible experience at this location with jas.. Their employees don’t have any sense of customer service. And will talk in the rudest manner they can. Never going again.

  I’ve been a TD customer since 2010, both personal and business, but recently had a very disappointing experience with Manager ishan Joshi and Teller Tannu. On July 17th, I deposited a large amount of business cheque (from a TD lawyer trust account) at this branch. Even after full verification, the manager was rude and dismissive, insisting on holding the cheque for 5 days without explanation. When I returned a few days later, the teller Tannu was extremely unprofessional, even making a sarcastic comment about my cousin banking at another branch. Few more bad experience with this branch but it’s gonna long story . After several bad experiences, I moved my business account—with a large balance—to Servus Credit Union, where the cheque cleared without delay. Very disappointed with how long-time customers are treated here. Unprofessional service and lack of respect.

  The 2.3 star average is above what this branch deserves while employing individuals such as this. My recent experience at the TD Canada Trust branch at 2340 24St NW has compelled me to warn others. Dealing with the customer service manager Harminder was an exercise in pure frustration and an absolute disgrace to customer service. Harminder was dismissive, condescending, and frankly, quite rude. It felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. They demonstrated an astonishing lack of empathy and an unwillingness to listen to my concerns. My issue should have been resolved with basic proffesional courtesy. Instead, I was met with an unreasonable brick wall. The manager seemed more interested in adhering to rigid, unhelpful protocols than finding a practical solution, and their attitude made it clear they had no interest in assisting me whatsoever. It was as if their primary goal was to make my banking experience as unpleasant as possible. This individual's demeanor is not only unprofessional but actively damaging to the TD brand. A manager should be a pillar of support and guidance for both staff and customers, not a source of stress and irritation. If you value your time, your peace of mind, and competent banking service, I strongly advise you to avoid this branch and particularly, any interaction with this specific manager. My experience left me questioning why I bank with TD at all. Absolutely unacceptable.
