- CCCariNov 11, 20253.0The manager at this location is horrible to deal with. She tried gaslighting me when my cheque still hadn't cleared after 13 banking days. I didn't let her and she finally released the cheque after I threatened to pull 5 accounts from the bank and also said I would have a peaceful protest until the cheque cleared. On the other side the employee Dipti who was helping me was absolutely amazing. This institution is lucky to have such a helpful patient employee. She was absolute delight always friendly and professional. If it wasn't for her I would have gave 0 stars. Thank you Dipti. You should be the manager with your amazing costumer service skills.
