In the middle of our conversation, Himani, who I was told is the manager, interrupted us and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional tone. I was not even at her counter, yet she jumped into the conversation and behaved in a way that was both unnecessary and disrespectful—and this happened in front of other customers. Despite us remaining polite and respectful throughout, her attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial role. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. I am truly disappointed and am seriously considering withdrawing my account from this bank. Please be more vigilant when appointing managers, as such behavior reflects poorly on the entire institution
