- FAFrida ArellanoJan 3, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. An ATM further damaged a bill that was already torn and kept part of it. When I asked for help, I was told it couldn’t be exchanged because part of the second serial number was missing. What really upset me was how the situation was handled. One of the employees spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive tone. No alternatives were offered. I expected a more respectful and helpful approach, especially since this was clearly not intentional.

They help people and take forever with each client helping them on their phone and with stuff that takes forever . Very frustrating when you need something that requires to be there but takes so long. Today I’ve been standing for over 30 min as I’m writing this still multiple people ahead of me !

- PMPhaw MweeDec 6, 20251.0I visited the bank recently to withdraw some money, and during that visit my boyfriend needed to use the washroom. An employee stopped us and stated that it was not a public washroom. I have been a TD customer for over 10 years, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. The employee did not ask whether we were clients; instead, she immediately assumed we were not, which felt disrespectful and unnecessarily dismissive. The interaction was embarrassing and unprofessional. My boyfriend even apologized and suggested that the bank place a sign indicating “Employees and Clients Only,” yet the employee responded that this was not possible. I find it surprising that such a simple and clear solution is not implemented. After this experience, I am extremely disappointed. TD is not what it used to be, and the quality of customer service has noticeably declined. I believe the staff at this branch would greatly benefit from additional training focused on professionalism, communication, and respectful customer interaction. Based on this experience, I am reconsidering my relationship with TD as a long-time client.
