The manager with bangs is terrible, she’s rude and unwelcoming. I originally watched her help someone in line and the lady was being nice and making conversation, and the manager or supervisor woman ignored every comment she made and was acting like she’s working for the queen, girl step down we know you ain’t making bank haha. She came to help me next after the young kid at the teller was again a know it all for no reason, when he was wrong (and I was right) I made sure to let him know, new generation kids acting like that pffft, anyway do something about miss stuck up Betty. I pulled my cash flow. TD is the worst bank literally ever.

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your branch. I came in to withdraw money order and was initially pleased to see no line. However, despite five employees being present and only three customers being helped, I waited over ten minutes without being served. It became clear that most of the staff were assisting customers with technical support issues — such as app or online banking problems — and were spending time on the phone with tech support on behalf of those customers. During that time, a long line formed, and customers like myself who came for simple day-to-day transactions were left waiting. I completely understand that some customers may need help with technology or language barriers. However, it might be more efficient if the branch had a separate process or line for technical-support-related issues. That way, customers coming in for routine banking wouldn’t experience such long delays. I ended up leaving without completing my transaction because the wait was excessive and preventable. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for everyone in the future.

Absolutely brutal service. I made an appointment to discuss some an account for the advisor to call me the night before to go over what I was looking for. Did not listen to any of my concerns and seemed interested in only being able to cancel the appointment for the next day. Very condescending and unhelpful. Used to be a very good branch to deal with pre covid but has drastically slid in terms of service.

My suggestions is DO NOT BANK Here! Or Better yet don't die while banking here! Your loved ones will be in severe trouble.Dealing with a recent death with several banksinvolved TD Truely is the worst most inept bank of all! They have no idea what they are doing, they won't set up an estate account until probate goes through but once probate goes through you should no longer need one not sure that the case here though as its been several weeks since it went through and were still not able. To access anything... appointment after appointment with no resulution… even had appointments cancelled without notice, showed up and was told that the guy wasn't there and no one had called or told us…. We submitting all the correct documents over and over. Even when probate went through they can't get it together enough to close accounts or empty a safety deposit box…multivple appointments and multiple headaches. And still not settled! It you Hate your executor and really want to make their life miserable for at least a year continue Banking here !
