I've been banking with TD for about 20 years. Based on my personal experience this is the worst branch out of all I dealt with over the years. I've been stopping at this location once or twice a year to exchange Canadian dollars to US dollars for the last 3 or 4 years. Every time there was some kind of a problem with this simple task. I should've stop coming to this location after the first one. But today it got to the point I could not imagine it would get to - the bank teller lied to me and tried holding me and my money hostage! When I requested currency exchange I requested an amount I needed in the set of bills of certain denominations. I was told they have what I needed. I provided Canadian cash. Teller took it and right after that he told me that they won't be able to provide denominations I requested because "there is a limit" and they would give me bills in another denominations. At that point I decided not to proceed with the exchange and asked to get my money back. To my surprise I was told that I have to wait to get my money back until teller finishes his paperwork and we have to wait for manager to approve it. I was literally told "No! You can't take your money and leave until I'm finished with my system!" Oh well... I did not listen, took my money and left. Drove to another branch and exchanged with no issues at all. Doing that transaction at another branch I also discovered that there is no "limit" and I was also lied to at this branch. So... Just avoid this branch, TD has plenty of other branches.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I was opening an account at this location and the process was a breeze. The advisor was very lovely and helpful and so was the manager. I feel bad saying their service was decent, because in actuality, it was far better than the service at other TD branches. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Worst branch to deal with. They will just keep passing you to different people. I have been waiting for my cheque of $182 since May. They said, they will call you back but nothing. So frustraiting. I have to beg for them to return my money. The Disputes Team said they already mailed the cheque to this branch but the branch claims they don't have it. They keep telling me to wait 10 business days and another 10 business days and another. Next time, they will blame it to Canada Post. I will report TD to OBSI if I won't receive my cheque within a week. By the way, their Chinese manager was also rude.

The experience is so bad that they asked me to apply for HELOC, which took me almost 1.5 months, and they just realized that I have FTHBI, which I have mentioned before, then after 1.5 months, they will say they can't approve my Heloc application after promising me that it will be approved because of my income and they just needed a few signatories. Don't promise anything to your customers if it's not true and please do your due dilligence to maintain your professionalism. Wasted my time big time! Worst TD BANK EVER!

The worst costumer service, the bank's manager is unprofessional, rude and customers are very unsatisfied the way that branch deal with customers, so disappointed.
