I don't understand all the bad reviews. I was opening an account at this location and the process was a breeze. The advisor was very lovely and helpful and so was the manager. I feel bad saying their service was decent, because in actuality, it was far better than the service at other TD branches. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Worst branch to deal with. They will just keep passing you to different people. I have been waiting for my cheque of $182 since May. They said, they will call you back but nothing. So frustraiting. I have to beg for them to return my money. The Disputes Team said they already mailed the cheque to this branch but the branch claims they don't have it. They keep telling me to wait 10 business days and another 10 business days and another. Next time, they will blame it to Canada Post. I will report TD to OBSI if I won't receive my cheque within a week. By the way, their Chinese manager was also rude.

The experience is so bad that they asked me to apply for HELOC, which took me almost 1.5 months, and they just realized that I have FTHBI, which I have mentioned before, then after 1.5 months, they will say they can't approve my Heloc application after promising me that it will be approved because of my income and they just needed a few signatories. Don't promise anything to your customers if it's not true and please do your due dilligence to maintain your professionalism. Wasted my time big time! Worst TD BANK EVER!

I've had appointments with various advisors at TD. Most of the time, the advisors are late to the appointments and do not take the initiative to leave their office and locate their client - I have to reach out and ask where is my advisor. I had an appointment recently where one of the advisors (Harpreet) was quite rude to me and did not take accountability for being late to the appointment - not even apologizing, and claimed that she "didn't see me". She had not taken any effort to exit her office, where all guests in the waiting area are in her line of sight. I was waiting in the guest area and could see her in her office with the door closed the entire time I was waiting. Today one of the advisors (Cheryl) called in sick, and my appointment had to be re-scheduled with another advisor (Trupti). I had to reach out to request the appointment to be changed to video, and the advisor told me that their Webex app wasn't working. Instead of trying to solve the problem by meeting over Google Meet, for example, they wanted to re-schedule and basically wasted my time. Seems a bit lazy on their part, to be honest. One of the bank tellers was also quite unprofessional. I deposited a lump sum and they called out the amount very loudly so that others could hear. It was embarrassing for me as a customer, especially because I value my privacy. I'm disappointed by how advisors and tellers are trained at this branch. Lacking initiative, professionalism, punctuality, and discretion.
