- SBSachin BhattOct 30, 20251.0The staff is very incompetent starting with the manager Mr. Butt. Went in to find out mortgage rates, and the "mortgage advisor" didn't even know the existing rates. She went to the branch manager Reg Butt to find out who also didn't know the rates. She asked me what rates I'm getting at other banks, to see if they can match it. They have no idea what their rates are and what the existing rates are in the market. When I gave them the rate CIBC is offering manager said "that's not possible", when he doesn't even know his rates to begin with. Very very incompetent people, rude, and with no idea how to treat customers. Stay away!
