They both went above and beyond to rectify the situation and made sure I had access to my account before I left. I couldn’t thank them enough for their hard work and kindness. However, this appointment with Jason was an exception. Not only was he unprofessional, he was dismissive and rude, and did not provide alternative solutions and instead terminated my request.
