  Very poor customer service and lack of coordination between staff. I visited to collect a bank statement already sent by TD customer service. On the first visit, staff could not find it and asked me to return the next day. After receiving a call from the branch, I went again, but staff said they had no record of it. After leaving, I was called again and told the statement was ready. I rushed back just before closing, trusted them, and did not check on the spot. Later I found the statement was incomplete. Extremely frustrating experience. Avoid this branch.

  You can’t go wrong banking with TD . Thee wide range of banking services are fantastic. Also the staff at this branch are very efficient . Also plenty of parking and Walmart is close so after banking you can go shopping in Walmart.

  totally disappointed, today I visited a branch for credit card pick up. it was an online application. I don't know why they sent it to the branch. Yesterday I received a call from a branch for pick up. When i visited the branch they asked for a photo id and verified me with debit pin. Then the girl asked me for my passport. I did not bring it with me nor the person who called me mentioned it. When i asked for the manager she went to see the manager and came back and told me the manager was busy on the phone call. She spoke so rudely and did not give me a credit card. I came home called the TD help line and cancelled the credit card.

  I had a wonderful experience being helped by Abhi during my recent visit to the bank. He was extremely kind, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt supported throughout the process. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond, not just completing my request but also offering helpful suggestions that made things easier for me moving forward. Abhi’s friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful errand into a smooth and positive experience. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both genuine and attentive, but Abhi delivered exactly that. He is truly an asset to the bank, and I highly recommend asking for him!

  +updated. I had to deal with a complicated transaction because of a family account, but “Simon Yang “ handled everything with such patience and kindness until the very end. My sister, who went with me, said she was touched because it was the most friendly service she’s ever received at a Canadian bank. Indeed. 사이먼 양 직원분 너무 나이스 하고 친절해요. 추천. The staff are always friendly. (Specially Abhi) However, since it’s Monday morning, having only two front desk staff seems like this branch isn’t properly taking care of the customers who come in. The customers waiting in line had to wait much longer than expected.
