  Usually i never ever give negative comment - never... And - Yes - I know - this will not contribute to the improvement of the service, but still - for the second time in a year I made an appointment with a bank employee. And second time financial adviser from bank ignore appointment's time!!! In this time was Navleen Dhillon. She been on the phone. I came to 13:00(appointment time) Waiting 10 minutes. I had no more time - because it was a lunch break at my job. She apologized by writing that the meeting usually takes one hour - but I don't need one hour - I needed 15 minutes. This is a bad service when a bank employee allows him/herself to steal 10 minutes from the client's time. Thank you.

  This is definitely one of the worst banking experiences I have ever encountered. The level of disorganization, indifference, and inefficiency here is truly astonishing. The staff seem to deliberately complicate simple matters, responding mechanically, lacking flexibility, and showing no goodwill to assist customers. Tasks that could have been resolved quickly were unnecessarily prolonged. I have given this branch too many chances, but this will be the last time I return. If you value your

  I generally refrain from writing negative reviews, but my ongoing experiences at the TD Bank Hamptons Market branch have compelled me to speak up. Over multiple visits, I’ve consistently encountered unnecessary complications and poor service delivery. Simple banking tasks are made far more difficult than they need to be, and I often leave the branch feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It’s deeply disappointing to see such a lack of progress in customer service. I’ve banked with several institutions, and unfortunately, TD – particularly this location – has provided the most consistently underwhelming service. I would not recommend this branch to anyone who values efficiency, professionalism, or basic customer care.

  I had a great experience with Joanne from TD Canada Trust. She was incredibly professional, kind, and proactive. Joanne helped me open my U.S. dollar account smoothly and followed up personally to make sure everything was in order.   Went to pick up my credit card,they ask a lot of questions,at end they need my passport for pick up.I ask them why you don't tell me I need 2 picture Id for pick up ,I had other credit card and other picture iD ,but it has to been passport ( who will carry their passport around everyday)
