    It’s crazy expectations to show up to a bank and actually be able to take out money that is rightfully yours without being denied.

    Seems like TD has left this branch and reviews on a passing note - like a child we know is a trouble maker with no recourse. Seriously, they need to be trained better. Had to get a letter 3 times before they could finally get it right!!

    An Indian woman was so unkind to me... She didn't seem to have any intention of helping me with my work anymore. I didn't want to go to the bank here anymore.

    I had an absolutely terrible experience at TD Bank. I came in to set up online banking, and the staff member (I think her name was Kei, maybe of Indian origin) was extremely rude. I accidentally set my card PIN incorrectly and apologized multiple times, but she completely ignored me and acted annoyed. My English isn’t perfect, and her accent made it even harder to communicate. After finally finishing the PIN setup, she abruptly asked if I had “anything else” and gave me no guidance on activating online banking. I left frustrated, unable to complete the service I came for. This was unprofessional and disrespectful—definitely not the level of customer service I expect.

    I had an excellent experience at TD Bank thanks to Rahi. She was incredibly kind, generous, and approachable throughout the process. What stood out the most was her calm and composed manner, even when addressing my concerns. She clearly takes her job seriously and approaches every situation with professionalism and care. Rahi is also a natural problem solver who makes clients feel valued and understood. Her dedication and positive attitude truly made my visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend her!
