  Seems like TD has left this branch and reviews on a passing note - like a child we know is a trouble maker with no recourse. Seriously, they need to be trained better. Had to get a letter 3 times before they could finally get it right!!

  An Indian woman was so unkind to me... She didn't seem to have any intention of helping me with my work anymore. I didn't want to go to the bank here anymore.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at TD Bank. I came in to set up online banking, and the staff member (I think her name was Kei, maybe of Indian origin) was extremely rude. I accidentally set my card PIN incorrectly and apologized multiple times, but she completely ignored me and acted annoyed. My English isn’t perfect, and her accent made it even harder to communicate. After finally finishing the PIN setup, she abruptly asked if I had “anything else” and gave me no guidance on activating online banking. I left frustrated, unable to complete the service I came for. This was unprofessional and disrespectful—definitely not the level of customer service I expect.

  I had an excellent experience at TD Bank thanks to Rahi. She was incredibly kind, generous, and approachable throughout the process. What stood out the most was her calm and composed manner, even when addressing my concerns. She clearly takes her job seriously and approaches every situation with professionalism and care. Rahi is also a natural problem solver who makes clients feel valued and understood. Her dedication and positive attitude truly made my visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend her!

  I met with a TD advisor, Sara T. on July 28th to open a line of credit for the purpose of paying off a debt. I signed the approval agreement on August 5th. After 2 days, I reached out to the advisor because the LOC had not appeared in my banking profile. I did not receive an email response so called her direct number where the message stated that she would be away for two weeks. There was no information given about who to contact should there be any issues requiring immediate attention. The advisor finally contacted me on August 27th, a full month after beginning this process, and let me know she would speak to her manager regarding my issue. She did not contact me later that day, nor did she respond to the phone message or emails I sent until 5:20 pm the following day. In the meantime, a full month of interest accrued on the debt that was to be paid with the LOC. In the agent’s response to me, she stated that there was an error (on the banks end) in the activation of the LOC and that TD Canada Trust was not liable for the extra interest charge I incurred. Essentially, telling me that I was my fault and not their problem. This is beyond unacceptable customer service. Especially as the agent certainly receives a commission for “selling” me this product. Had this issue been attended to in a reasonable amount of time there would be no problem at all. As a side note, I have banked with TD Canada Trust for 40 years. One might expect a modicum of loyalty for long standing customer relationships.
