- PIPlacido IozzoDec 23, 20251.0UPDATE Dec 26, 2025: Visited multiple GreenMachine locations today (only -14c) and ALL indoor were locked, and all drive-through were ""Temporarily Out-Of-Order"" ? ? So, now I can not even gain access to my money ! Guess I need to start looking at other banking institutions. Groat WAS my main for over 25-years due to it being with-in walking distance. HOWEVER, this branch obviously has not cared about convenience nor efficiency for the past 6+; - horrible wait times - the drive-through green / bank machine is down often - there is no check-in reception, thus if you are visiting for a scheduled appointment YOU MUST GET IN-LINE ! - more often than not there is no 'business' clerk ! ! I was given and believed the excuse that COVID was the reason, however, I have visited other branches and know this not to be true. This branch is merely interested in saving overhead. I'll be moving ALL my needs to another branch!

Stood around for about 10 minutes before I was served. Most unwelcoming Bank I’ve ever been to in my life.
