The current branch manager, in particular, comes across unprofessional, lacks proficiency, and often provides incomplete or incorrect information. Despite repeated requests, he refused to honor the hold code on my account—a task that another branch completed within minutes, with courtesy and thanks for my business. Overall, the manager's rudeness and unhelpfulness make this branch highly unsatisfactory compared to other locations.
