- JGJazsmine Griffin1 day ago1.0Extremely unhappy, waste of my time and did not hold up to what they guaranteed. I was contacted by TD after starting a new 3 year fixed mortgage that I was eligible for the cash back reward. They booked me for an appointment into the bank that I just had to change over my mortgage payments and open an account with them. Upon leaving they ensured me I would have NO issues and receive the money within 60 days , I contacted them after when I had not received the money and they told me I was not eligible. I stated that they contacted me for this I did not even reach out to them, I took time off work to attend the appointment and was given a guarantee by both the individual I had the appointment with and the mortgage advisor I would receive the money. Very disappointed in this service, in addition now they keep calling me to set up more accounts and when I state what happen they say they will look into it and get back to me but never follow up. Do not take what they say or guarantee you as the truth. After this mortgage is done I will not be using their services and closing all accounts.

- DVDave VirkNov 25, 20255.0On Monday Nov 24,2025 between 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm I received best service, I was transferring money from TD to Quest trade to buy stocks. The young teller did everything for me. She was knowledgable and easy to deal with, unlike ATB.

The employee filed the paperwork but then concluded the meeting by trying to convince me to to transfer my etf with another institution to a TD MUTUAL FUND which has a predatory interest rate and it felt incredibly sleazy. Read the room buddy people can't afford groceries right now. If you think I'm letting another financial institution leech off my retirement savings when I'm literally here trying to make ends meet you have lost touch with reality. Assuming you can take advantage of people's financial illiteracy is really disgusting.
