I didn’t like the attitude of the manager and told the staff that I will cancel my account with your bank and manager should understand the value of the customer .

Investment and management staff have no problems treating customers like trash or just ignoring it when it happens. This has happened repeatedly for me at this location and thus my rating.

I decided to check online for appointments and there were much sooner ones she didn’t mention. And then the other worker decided to just give up and stand away from customers not willing to help anybody. I should give 1 star.
