- HMHugh MasonNov 16, 20253.0I’ve had mixed experiences at this branch and TD in general. I have a great wealth advisor who probably works several branches and have always enjoyed the level of services TD provides. But I have been talked down to in my opinion a few times by opinionated staff who try to tell you what you should do instead of what you could do. As for the front end staff at this branch I personally have never had an issue as an upper middle class white male but I have seen them and a supervisor on a few occasions treat identifiable minorities with disrespect bordering on discrimination. TD could probably use some sensitivity training for their people on the front line.

Literally experienced racism it's disgusting. Hire people that understand English & that can speak it, its like trying to communicate with a wall.

Booked a meeting with Nan Yin not knowing anybody and I'm glad I did because she was very very patient and helpful! I forgot my access card but she was able to confirm my ID by other means and fulfill my request quickly. Thanks!
