  I've been a TD client for close to 18 years and I have seen the quality of the service slowly going down the drain. The front desk is inefficient and could care less. They work like sloths and other staff just hang around behind the counter without assisting the long que. They make appointments for the most ridiculous things which makes me wonder if their so called financial advisors need to meet a certain quota of consultations. I had to terminate a USD GIC which auto renews and transfer that money to a different USD account and the website doesn't allow you to do that unlike other banks and apparently I need to book an appointment 9 days out with a financial advisor. I just need to stop the auto renewal and transfer that money from one TD account to another TD account - how hard that should be ?!? You gotta be kidding me!

  I’ve been a loyal TD customer for several years and have visited many branches. At every other location, I’ve seen frontline managers step up during busy times greeting frustrated customers, opening additional teller windows, directing traffic, and generally leading by example to keep things moving. My most recent visit to this branch was, without question, the worst service experience I have ever had at any TD location. Approximately 16 customers stood in a single, slow-moving line served by only one teller. The branch manager, Kaitlyn (name confirmed by asking a teller), sat idly at her desk the entire time. She made zero eye contact with anyone in line, offered no apology or acknowledgment of the obvious backlog, and made no effort whatsoever to help despite being fully available and in plain view of the growing frustration. This wasn’t a brief oversight; it was sustained indifference and a complete failure to perform even the most basic duties of a manager. While competent managers at other branches actively resolve issues and uphold TD’s service standards, Kaitlyn’s inaction demonstrated a startling lack of leadership, initiative, awareness, and professional responsibility. Customers should not have to endure such blatant disregard from someone in a supervisory role who is clearly paid to prevent exactly this kind of situation. This level of disengagement and incompetence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management of this branch. I sincerely hope TD reviews staffing practices, customer service protocols, and leadership performance here to ensure no one else wastes their time in similar circumstances. Due to this unacceptable lack of professionalism and customer care, I will be closing my account and moving my banking to another institution.

  Pathetic branch and unprofessional staff. There was still one minute left before closing when I entered the bank through the main gate. A lady employee rushed towards me and locked the gate on my face, saying the branch was closed. This is a service branch, and as a basic courtesy to customers—especially in such harsh weather—the staff should at least listen to the reason why a customer is visiting the bank instead of behaving rudely. Maintaining discipline, professionalism, and proper conduct within the branch and among its employees is the sole responsibility of the Branch Manager.   Hi everyone. Yesterday, I visited this branch located at 933 james moat tr sw. I just wanted to say big thanks to Mr. Brahm Josan😇 he really helped me alot to get the job done. He been so nice and helpful every time i visit the branch. Td bank is so lucky to have such a wonderful & professional person who treats you like a friend 🧡 👍👍
