I recently had a check processed here and delivered it to its destination, only to have it returned to me a few days later because the bank employee forgot to sign it. When I came back to the same branch to get this mistake corrected, the woman I spoke to was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She spoke to me rudely and showed no willingness to help. Because of this error, I now have to pay a fine, and I did not even receive an apology from the staff. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this branch.
