He is professional and very very patient in helping others. 10/10 for his customer service. It took long for finding the solution for my account issue but he was so kind and calm helping me. Customer service should be like this. Very Very professional. Some people literally get frustrated when it takes time to find the solution but owen helped me in a very professional manner. For the future i would definitely come to this branch for all my banking inquiries.
