I paid off my loan weeks ago, canceled the credit builder months ago and for some random reason i wake up to a random "miscellaneous payment" that sent my account negative and was charged an NSF Fee. This is ridiculous, they come up with random ideas to try and take money from me every 2 weeks. The above story is just the most recent example. I paid off my loan and then a week later get an email saying I still owe them $71. I call and im told my payment suddenly disappeared from the file. I'll admit, i lost my temper from there and began yelling and cursed at the woman on the phone, im wrong for that and apologize. From there it wasn't until i sent bank statements and a receipt that the charge was canceled, but this is outrageous. How does this keep happening where they find new charges??
