  The absolute worst bank on the planet TD is a hole is disappointing, but this bank brings it to a whole Nother level. They won’t even release a full bank draft. My experience in here is nothing short of a devastation they don’t care if you carry 500 K in your account if you go to put in a $10,000 check they’ll say oh yeah it’s just part of our policy. We can only release $5000 absolutely insane if you have a choice to go to any other bank. Do it! They used to have a bell hanging on the wall with a placard that said ring If you received great service, Not even so much as a fingerprint was placed on that bell So they took it down Logical thing to do rather than changing the way that you serve your customers. Another thing is randomly you’ll try to go to the bank And there’s been times in the past where it’s just not open Even though online it says it’s supposed to be open When I asked the next day, why The reason was two of the tellers had called in sick So just said OK well, yeah, I guess there’s no way we Can open up for a customer. This bank is the strep throat of all banking institutions across Canada.

  Went in my ID was expired I will give her that, brought the card that on file was verified to be in my profession and 2 other forms of government ID was willing to actually show her other government documents. Then got told to call the fraud helpline in which I got told the teller should have under no circumstances not given me a card... Will be back tomorrow with multiple documents and birth certificate as well as the agreement I signed when I first opened the account. Thanks for the shitty service 🙃 if I lived in Calgary still no issues and would've helped me and was apologized profusely to by the rep I spoke to for the terrible service. Thanks again TD cochrane lowering the bar for a great bank

  Clearly see why location has such a low rating, went to cash a cheque I’ve posted for 5+ years did not want to release the full amount when other locations release no problem. They stated “company policy” but I’ve never once experienced from any other branch not willing to help you, manager “Harpreet Singh” said if he did it and something went wrong would come out his paycheque, seems like they didn’t not even want to look at deposit history or employers account for funds but rather tell me to beat it. Will be considering changing my mortgage to a new company on renewal as they treated me as less than a customer who has been with them for 10 years+.

  Tried to change canadian for American money , the bank teller had a fit , wanted ID/ my address, where i live , if i have account my name ect , moving with a sence of urgency heading to airport. With not much time . He blocked my transaction, couldn’t change the money over and he seemed happy that he couldnt help . 3rd time this year they put the screws to me , definitely switching banks . Just a simple cash for cash transaction. Pretty sure they make $$ changing currencies, he wasnt happy with that . Needed more….. hit the airport did it there done in 60 seconds , no document Identification nazis there. 1 of 3 rotten deals ive had with them in the last year . The other 2 they wouldnt pay out people $ because the transfer was too high so you had to go kiss their boots for that aswell .
