Actually I went to banff with my family to celebrate this Thanksgiving and I lost my both debit and credit cards somewhere in saskatoon. I realized a day later in banff town while shopping and got a shock š². Then searched the TD bank nearby and found in canmore. I reached there and talk to JESSICA and they way she handled the situation wao š . She made me calm down and listen my problem and submitted my complaint to TD. She issued me debit card right away and applied credit card too. She told me need to wait for 15days for inquiry. She has given us so much confidence and support and we are able to happily celebrate our vacation. I forgot name of the lady from the claims who listen and submitted my complaint. She was also very nice and talking very professionally and sweetly. Really trust worthy workforce. Best wishes to JESSICA and Thank you so much once again. Thanks to TD bank.
- ACA CSep 5, 20251.0Been a customer of TD for now 3 years. Never spoke to someone as ignorant as Faye. Was asking about a cheque on hold, not arguing just had basic general questions. I couldnāt get a word in. She continued to cut me off and talk down to me. Then told me she was going to get her manager just for me to wait to speak to no one. Will be considering other banking options and filing a complaint with TD. It shouldnāt be this difficult for a simple inquiry!
