To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.
If you require in-person assistance for borrowing, investing or other financial advice, please book an appointment online, and we would be pleased to serve you.
To submit a complaint you have to email all of your own personal information to their care team, because "email isn't secured enough" but it's okay for your data as a customer. Never had a worse experience with a bank.

UPDATED TO AD AS OF JANUARY 12, 2023 (NOW ALMOST 5 MONTHS OF FIGHTING)
TD STILL HAS NOT GIVEN ME THE FUNDS FOR THESE SHARES IN MY ACCOUNT. CLAIM THEY ARE STILL "PROCESSING" TD IS NOTHING BUT THEIVESS WHO DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM!!!!! I GAVE THEM OVER $3K WORTH OF SHARES IN AUGUST AND STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM IN MY ACCOUNT!!!
I wish I could give this zero stars.
On Aug 25, I met with my bank to open a direct investing account and deposit shares I have from my employer.
Everything seemed ok, in 10 days I showed my shares in my account. Then on Oct 1 I was going through my banking statements and saw my shares were no longer in my account.
I called and I guess they were rejected? Several weeks of phone calls trying to track down where my shares were, I was told they were lost.
At this point its now Nov 24, almost 4 months from depositing my shares and they still cannot find them and will not give me another update than they are looking for them.
I feel like I have been ripped off for all my shares and I am sick of waiting. I could really use the funds from these. This is totally unacceptable and when they actually find my shares I will be taking them elsewhere.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE. How does it take this long to resolve this issue!? NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!

Again, another long wait on hold and I also had to move on and hang up. Although the customer service rep. confirmed my call back number, no such call was received. Forget the phone service just walk into the nearest office, if you have that luxury.

I have been trying to transfer my money from a different institution *into* my TD Waterhouse SDRRSP account since last October . They do NOT process my Fax requests (the only way I can transfer!) and are a black hole trying to reach their back office. The TD WH trading desk last I tried mid January was 90 minutes on hold. I think it is time to move my money somewhere else more responsive.

Poor, very poor. Nobody picks up the phone, they are always busy. Higher then normal number of calls. Only excuses, no action.
Disappointing
