- JSJenny SepulvedaDec 9, 20251.0TD is in general a terrible bank. They will tell you different things all the time, will hide fees and will charged you more than promised. I did a balance transfer with them with 10 months cero interest. When I noticed i was being charged after have paid 80% of that, they made a lot of excuses and talk about things that were not written in the agreement, when I requested where that information was they got upset to me and basically cut communication. In conclusion no even what is written is valid if they want to take your money, they dont respect agreements. There are better institutions in the market. Avoid this at all cost.
- LSLucas SartoriSep 5, 20251.0I applied for a credit card online trough Air Canada website to be able to collect points on aeroplan on August 17 and had a confirmation that my card would take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Today is day 15 (BUSINESS DAYS) and I finally got the message that my card had arrived to the branch. Once I got there to get it they told me that my card was LOST. They had to order a new one and now I have to WAIT MORE to be able to pick it up. Total lack of respect because now I am just using my regular credit card to purchase the airplane ticket, which means that it was all a total WASTE OF MY TIME, the reason why I made it in first place was to be able to use to buy this ticket. I tried to talk to the associate helping me but I was told that nothing could be done and I just need to wait. To be honest I dont think it is worth having an account here, if they can do their job properly before finalize my process of becoming a new TD client what makes you think that they will be able to solve any issue I have after works? I am just speechless to the lack of professionalism and lack of interest helping me on my end. I am closing my account for sure and staying away from TD thats for SURE. Only made me lose MONEY AND TIME

In doing so he communicated quickly and precisely, and everything he said happened exactly as stated. No surprises. Would recommend working with him to anyone. And especially this TD branch. Thank you!
